- By the end of term 3 I will be able to write sentences that start with a capital letter and end with a full stop.
- By the end of term 3 I will use at least one describing word in every sentence.

- By the end of Term 4 I will be able plan for writing by listing my ideas. By the end of Term 4 I will be able to add adverbs to describe actions.
